Changing Your Password from the User Portal Login
This password change happens before you log in to the User Portal and requires you to access your email to complete the password change.

To change your password from the User Portal Login:

  1. Go to the JumpCloud User Portal: https://console.jumpcloud.com
  2. Click Reset User Password.
  3. Enter your company email address, then click Send Reset Request.

You'll receive an email from JumpCloud with instructions for resetting your password.

  • If Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is enabled on your User Portal, you're required to enter an MFA factor as part of the password reset.
  • If WebAuthn MFA is enabled, you have five minutes to click Next and tap the security key before the token expires.
